I view this as a creative unfolding between the two of us that we will shape together. Sessions can include: energy work, somatics, meditation, movement, art projects, discovering (or re-discovering body joy), connecting with intuition & creativity, and feeling the agency to create your life. This is a time and space to tend hopes, wishes and dreams.
